Job Description

Closely work with project managers and other disciplines through the project lifecycle to ensure high quality delivery. Creating digital designs that take on-board the KPIs and creative brief that has been defined with stakeholders in workshops. Work alongside UX designers to gather information to inform the solution. Use a high degree of technical judgement to resolve design challenges. Collaboration with developers to support building user-efficient websites and applications. Confident ability in interactive design and information architecture. A team player who is happy to support the team and knowledge share. Excellent verbal communication and collaborative skills. Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in designing high fidelity user interfaces utilising Figma. Ability to prototype efficiently. Continuously enhance knowledge and keep up with emerging trends in design. Confident developing time estimates and project proposals.

• You are willing to expand upon your skills and learn from other designers and technical disciplines in a fast-paced, progressive environment.
• You will bring your ideas, passion and problem-solving approaches to help us deliver fresh digital solutions. You will also be comfortable in workshop settings, both face-to face and virtually, as well as conducting user feedback sessions.
• Happy to work both in the office and remotely.
