Job Description

Conceptualize and design creative graphics for advertising campaigns, including but not limited to print ads, digital banners, social media visuals, brochures, flyers, and other marketing collaterals. Work closely with the creative team to brainstorm and develop innovative ideas that align with the client's brand and marketing objectives. Interpret and adapt client briefs and feedback into visually appealing designs that effectively communicate the intended message. Collaborate with copywriters to ensure seamless integration of copy and design elements to enhance the overall visual impact of advertising materials. Stay updated with the latest design trends and emerging technologies to continuously elevate the quality and effectiveness of design work. Adhere to project timelines and deadlines while ensuring the delivery of high-quality designs within the specified timeframes. Present design concepts to clients and internal stakeholders, explaining the rationale behind design decisions and incorporating feedback for revisions. Maintain consistent brand identity and ensure design consistency across different advertising channels and materials. Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, juggling multiple projects simultaneously and managing priorities effectively. Collaborate with the production team to ensure proper preparation and optimization of design files for printing or digital distribution.

Skills

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer in an advertising agency or similar creative environment.
• A diverse and impressive portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and techniques, with a strong focus on advertising-related work.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Ability to interpret and apply branding guidelines to maintain consistency in design work.
• Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to convey complex ideas visually.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively articulate design concepts and receive feedback.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering pixel-perfect designs.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to feedback from various stakeholders.
