Job Description

Assigned high-volume workflows projects ensure designs encompass end-to-end customer journeys across digital platforms Work closely with Sr. Product Designer on projects to get completed design Define the jobs-to-be-done from a deep understanding of user’s intent/business objectives Define and produce low and high-fidelity designs and click-through prototypes working with Sr. Designer direction Contribute effectively to design system and help evolve visual vocabulary and pattern library Present designs and concepts to Sr. Product Designer, product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders Design end-to-end customer journeys for your projects Ability to take a messy, poorly defined problem to elegantly crafted experience within the given constraints Employs a deliberate process that explores tradeoffs and invites criticism Ability to do all of that independently while keeping all necessary stakeholders informed and aligned Collaborate w/ Dev and QA to ensure design quality at each step of the process on assigned project areas

Skills

• Knowledge of user-centered design principles and approach, design best practices, and the jobs-to-be-done concept
• Proficient in Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe XD and MURAL experience a plus
• Exposure to a UX research team building/working with component-based design systems, A/B testing and informing designs with data, and applying Accessibility best practices (WCAG)
• Good understanding of Web technologies and their impact on UI design
• Time spent working in a full lifecycle Lean/Agile delivery model
