Job Description

Develop and maintain the overall design system, ensuring consistency and a unified look and feel across all digital platforms. Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand user needs and business requirements, translating them into user-centric design solutions. Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and interactions. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs for continuous improvement. Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to enhance the overall design process. Work closely with the development team to ensure the successful implementation of designs and provide support during the development phase. Contribute to the evolution of the brand by maintaining a consistent design language and visual identity.

Skills

• Proficient in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and iconography.
• Experience creating pixel-perfect UI elements and assets for web and mobile applications.
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and the ability to adapt designs for various screen sizes.
• Collaboration with UI developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
