Job Description

Own a project from end to end, focusing on user experience, user journey, and onboarding. You will define interaction models, user task flows, and UI (user interface) specifications. Propose and always lookout for new ways to improve and grow our product or processes. Collaborate with partners across product and engineering to define, build, and release new products and features. Contribute strategic thinking to product features and roadmap. Create interface prototypes (UI), including wireframes Gather feedback from users, including analyzing different tests (A/B) to verify that this is the best product that can be offered. Work on projects from ideation to execution while participating and sometimes leading various UX initiatives, including designs, user interviews, sketching, user flows, wireframing, and stakeholder reviews. Delivering valuable and high-quality work without sacrificing speed Collaborate with multiple teams. Designing for cross-product, cross-platform features. Improve the design of existing products and evolve the UX experiences by working with the relevant product teams through user interface design.

Skills

• Strong portfolio to be presented and defended during the interview.
• Hands-on experience of designing intuitive and responsive user interfaces. Experience using tools such as Photoshop, Adobe XD, Figma, Miro, Illustrator, InVision etc.
• Understanding of basic front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3 Javascript.
• Creative ideas with a problem solving mindset.
• Experience working in an agile/scrum development process.
• Be open to receiving objective criticism and improving upon it.
