Job Description

Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand client requirements and business goals. Translate complex financial concepts into user-friendly interfaces and experiences. Conduct user research, interviews, and usability tests to gather insights and feedback. Engage with design team for end-to-end user experiences, from wireframes and prototypes to high-fidelity visual designs. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize designs and interfaces. Ensure that the client's perspective is incorporated into the product, making sure it’s tailored for the investment and wealth management audience. Keep abreast of emerging trends in the investment and wealth management software space. Present and defend design decisions to the team and stakeholders.

Skills

• Proficiency in wireframe tools such as Balsamiq.
• Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies.
• Understanding of the investment and wealth management industry, its processes, and its clients' needs.
• Excellent visual and interaction design skills.
