Job Description

Collaborate with clients and the design team to understand project objectives and requirements. Create visually appealing illustrations and storyboards that effectively convey the desired message and align with brand guidelines. Design and animate 2D explainer animations and ads for various digital platforms. Develop custom illustrations and character designs for animation projects. Revise and iterate on animations and illustrations based on client feedback and project requirements. Ensure that all animations and illustrations are optimized for the intended digital platforms and meet technical specifications. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve skills and offerings. Contribute to the development of the company's animation and illustration style and guidelines. Assist in other design-related tasks as needed.

Skills

• Experience as a Motion Graphic Designer and Illustrator, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of styles and projects.
• Expertise in illustration and animation software, such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and Animate.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, color theory, and typography.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
