Job Description

User Research: Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations. Use research findings to inform design decisions and create user personas, user journeys, and user flows. Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and mockups to illustrate design concepts and interaction patterns. Iterate designs based on feedback and user testing. Information Architecture: Develop clear and effective information architecture and navigation structures that facilitate easy user interactions and seamless user journeys. Visual Design: Create visually appealing designs that align with brand guidelines and enhance the overall user experience. Design UI elements, icons, and graphics. Interaction Design: Design and define interactive elements, transitions, and animations to enhance usability and user engagement. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to gather requirements, understand business goals, and ensure design feasibility and consistency. Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and validate design decisions. Analyze test results and make design improvements accordingly. Design Documentation: Create design specifications, style guides, and other design documentation to ensure design consistency and facilitate development. Stay Updated: Keep up with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX/UI design. Apply new knowledge to improve design processes and deliver cutting-edge user experiences.

Skills

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Familiarity with user research methodologies and usability testing techniques.
• Excellent visual design skills with an eye for aesthetics, typography, and color.
• Solid understanding of responsive design and mobile-first design principles.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts and decisions.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, while meeting deadlines.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles is a plus.
