Job Description

Create and design visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various marketing and communication materials Collaborate with the marketing team to understand their requirements and develop design concepts that effectively communicate the desired message Produce high-quality designs within specified timelines and project requirements Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in graphic design Provide support in designing web and social media graphics Conduct research and gather inspiration for new design ideas Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and develop innovative design solutions Prepare and present design proposals to stakeholders and clients Handle multiple design projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively

Skills

• Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role
• Proficient in graphic design software such as Corel draw and Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
• Strong creative and artistic skills with an eye for detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
• Knowledge of web design and social media platforms
• Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work well under pressure
