Job Description

Utilize Figma to design and iterate on user interfaces, maintaining high standards of usability and visual appeal. Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to define and implement innovative UI/UX solutions for product direction and visuals. Conduct user research, evaluate user feedback, and apply insights to improve user experience. Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and site maps in Figma to communicate design ideas effectively. Develop and maintain detailed design documentation, including design specs and guidelines. Integrate UX writing into the design process, ensuring that textual content supports and enhances the user interface. Keep abreast of the latest trends and techniques in UX design and Figma. Participate in design reviews, accepting and providing constructive feedback to refine and improve designs.

Skills

• High proficiency in Figma is a must. Experience with other design tools is a plus.
• Demonstrable UX design skills with a strong portfolio showcasing designs created in Figma.
• Ability to create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps.
• Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of UX writing and its importance in the design process.
• Effective communication skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate with team members.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process is beneficial.
