Job Description

Design intuitive, usable and attractive interactions and visuals for web & apps. Create mock-up designs for desktop web, mobile web, and mobile apps. Review design guidelines and restructure them to make them suitable for global deployment. Collaborate cross-functionally with relevant departments as needed throughout the design process and participate in the development process. Identify UI/UX trends, and bring creative ideas and inspiration back to the service. Research design patterns for web and mobile applications. Break down design problems into actionable elements and solve them clearly and accurately. Create wireframes, storyboards, prototypes, user flows, process flows, user journeys, experience maps, site maps, etc. as needed. Provide accurate presentations so that relevant members of the team can fully understand the designs created. Produce printed materials and creative for advertisement submissions as needed within the company.

Skills

• Familiarity with the latest trends, techniques and technologies in UI/UX
• Able to use Photoshop, Illustrator, other Adobe packages, mockup apps, Sketch / Figma, and other visual design and wireframing tools to create designs and deliver accurate outputs.
• Excellent understanding of mobile and web user experience design (responsive design), technology trends and design.
• Ability to deliver high quality design to our clients.
• Ability to easily adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
• Extensive experience in creating designs that meet client needs and optimize them for a variety of devices and interfaces.
• Able to sensitively catch up with the interaction between users and systems and make precise suggestions on problems and issues.
• Able to communicate proactively with development departments to ensure smooth project progress.
• The candidate should have knowledge of production of printed materials, and have an understanding and experience of the process of submitting designs and delivering them.
