Job Description

Create intuitive and engaging user interfaces by understanding user needs, behaviors, and preferences. Utilize Figma as the primary design tool to create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to conceptualize and implement design solutions. Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems, ensuring design consistency across all digital products. Build interactive prototypes to test and validate design concepts, and gather feedback for iteration. Apply design principles to create visually appealing layouts, typography, and color schemes. Conduct usability testing to gather insights and iterate on designs based on user feedback. Ensure designs are responsive and compatible with various devices and screen sizes. Create custom icons and illustrations that enhance the user experience. Create design documentation, including style guides and design specifications, to ensure design consistency and facilitate collaboration. Stay current with design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the design field.

Skills

• Strong proficiency in Figma and other design tools.
• Portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including web and mobile applications.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey design concepts and decisions.
• Experience with user testing and usability studies is a plus.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development is a bonus but not required.
