Job Description

Creating UI/UX deliverables like flow diagrams, wireframes with variants of approaches as well as copy that is used to convey the idea Staying informed and understanding the business and user needs for your products by means of stakeholder interviews, data analysis and agile user research methods Executing tasks and features with the UI/UX team such that deliverables are met as per the decided timelines Coordinating and executing research tasks with the UI/UX team and using their insights effectively in the product design decisions Close coordination with peers within the business line across Product, Engineering and QA functions to meet end-user experience goals An iterative approach to design, where you can spot designs that customers respond well to, and change accordingly

Skills

• Hands-On UI Design experience (Figma, Adobe XD)
• Hands-On Prototyping experience (Figma)
• Hands-On Agile methodologies (Design Thinking, Design Sprints, Iterative Design)
• Mastery of UX techniques and tools like brainstorming, interviews, wireframing, task flows, journey maps etc.
• Open to learning new tools/techniques towards improving workflow and understanding users
