Job Description

Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites or mobile sites function and look. Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, sitemaps, wireframes, visual designs, flow diagrams, style guides, and prototypes optimized for a wide range of devices. Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness). Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback. Adhere to style standards for fonts, colors, designs, and images. Develop and conceptualize a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand. Design banners/creatives required for content assets

Skills

• Must be able to present a portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms
• Should be able to work on creatives and layouts for product illustrations, PPTs, infographics, and GIFs
• Should have a working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), and After Effects
• Should be a team player who can work independently too
• Must have the ability to collaborate closely with different teams to understand their requirements and clearly/effectively communicate design ideas and solutions to cross-functional teams
• Should have multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus
• Should be able to test UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages
• Must be able to conduct user research, competitor analysis, and interpret data and qualitative feedback
• Should have a clear understanding of the importance of user-centric design and design thinking
