Job Description

Conceptualisation and Design: Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and design layouts for motion projects based on client briefs and project goals. Motion Graphics Creation: Produce high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual effects using tools like Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, Houdini or other relevant software. Visual Storytelling: Translate complex ideas into compelling visual stories through animation, incorporating typography based animation styles, and other design elements. Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team, including graphic designers, copywriters, and other stakeholders, to ensure cohesive and integrated visual storytelling across various platforms. Deadline Management & Quality: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality standards throughout the production process. Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision, provide updates on project progress, and incorporate feedback to achieve client satisfaction. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in motion graphics design to continuously improve skills and workflows.

Skills

• Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or in a similar role showcasing a strong portfolio of motion design work.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop), Cinema 4D, or other animation software.
• Solid understanding of animation principles, typography, colour theory, and composition.
• Strong creative and conceptual thinking abilities with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
