Job Description

• Create visual design concepts and compositions for digital experiences across desktop and SaaS interfaces
• Define, recommend, and test interaction design components and elements
• Provide UI and design pattern guidance
• Document visual design specifications and styles
• Maintain the integrity of brand standards
• Collaborate on new designs and design strategies with key stakeholders including Product Managers and Product Owners, UX Designers, Developers, QA, Marketing and others as needed
• Seek feedback from others to reach sound decisions
• Deliver on commitments and hold others accountable to do the same
• Foster a caring, collaborative, and mutually supportive work culture that believes in continuous improvement

Skills

• Strong understanding of visual interface design and interaction design
• Proficient in design tools, and willing and able to learn new design tools including Sketch, InVision, and Mural
• Proficient in common office applications (such as Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
• A portfolio of work that highlights your experience and skillset
• Understanding of HTML5 and CSS from a design perspective
• Experience working with Agile methodologies
