Job Description

• Expert in wireframing and protyping, visual communication, user empathy, interaction design, analytics and advocating user centered design to leadership
• Work within brand guidelines to create layouts that reinforce a brand’s style or voice through its visual touchpoints
• Developing prototypes to uniformly integrate logos and brand images to other products and platforms, including social media
• Use the right techniques to “sell” your design to the clients and stakeholders
• Lead client and internal presentations and discussions of their work for review, feedback and signoff
• Scope the requirement, asking the right questions to come up with best feasible design solution, estimating efforts
• Demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills, ability to listen, be proactive at addressing feedback, represent and advocate for UX and users
• Collaborating with developers in aligning visual designs with website functionalities
• Work on a huge variety of projects across a rich spectrum of market sectors and geographies
• Ensure your design work exceeds client expectations and that the quality of detailed visual design throughout all phases of a project
• Submitting visual design concepts for brainstorming and approval in a timely manner
• Take end to end ownership of the deliverable in terms of quality and timeliness owing to absolute zero tolerance for design misses
• Keeping track of advancements in visual design technologies and applications, as well as industry trends

Skills

• Strong and flexible skills in all aspects of visual design; additional skills in interaction design and Background of work for Pharma companies and products will be a plus
• Expert level understanding of responsive design, mobile first design, typography design, designing for web
• A solid foundation in typography, layout and design
• Strong collaboration skills with other UXers, PM, Engineering and Marketing
• Experience of working in an iterative, agile environment
• Retail and eCommerce design experience
• Digital design agency/studio experience
• Proficiency in keeping up with visual design technologies and industry trends.
• Exceptional ability to collaborate on visual design projects and integrate feedback
• Extraordinary attention to detail and a passion for quality balanced with speed and efficiency
• Extensive experience in determining visual design preferences and meeting deadlines
