Requirement
• You are a passionate UX person with at least 1 year in shipping great product design experiences: You've weathered release cycles and know what details matter at each stage, how to motivate engineers to get the fit and finish right, how to translate insights from user studies into meaningful action, and what's most likely to go afoul at each stage
• You can share several shining examples of real work you've shipped, and what you learned along the way
• Capability to drive product decisions: You're a product owner’s secret weapon. You thrive best when helping to define the requirements, not just translating them into designs. You facilitate and draw the best design ideas from teammates.
• Analytics don't intimidate you, and you know which features can act as multipliers on your company's business model
• You have a demonstrated ability to take large complex projects and create a clear timeline of tasks and deliverables in a way that leverages teammates, tests, and iterates
• Cross-platform comfort: You've shipped designs across several platforms- Especially Apps. You know why you'd opt for one solution for iOS and another on Android; what translates from desktop and what doesn't
• Demonstrate practical understanding of large-scale systematic thinking.
• Expert in Photoshop and Sketch and other prototyping tools
• You are super-proud of your attention to detail and it shows :) (including annotated specifications for your Developer friends, when needed).
• Eagerness to research and be with your users; you would champion our user's/customer's cause
• Ability to improvise and find creative solutions

Skills

Responsibilities:

• You are able to present your work in a thoughtful way and explain the process and reasoning behind your solution.
• Working closely with colleagues & fellow creatives to help conceptualise and shape ideas into their most usable, useful and compelling form by creating structure, Information Architecture, logic, navigation, sketches, diagrams, wireframes (High-Low Fidelity) and prototypes
• Representing user empathy, systemic design thinking and iterative design practices throughout the creative process.
• Understand technology and how it can be a facilitator of an end-user’s desired experience and are always on the lookout for applicable, emerging trends.
• Define UX guide and Design language; but also know when to extend and push boundaries.
• Conduct usability tests
