Dear Candidate,

We are looking for a Graphic Designer for our Fort Office, Mumbai. 

1. Designing concepts for cutting-edge, interactive websites and web applications.

2. Ideating and conceptualizing top-notch creative work for excellent clients– websites, user interfaces, e-marketing collateral, multimedia

3. Executeclientrequirementsforvisual/graphicdesignincludingwebsite designs, graphics for website and PowerPoint, e-marketing collateral, multimedia

4. Help define overall site styles and imagery, including page layout (screen schematics) and interactions (user paths)

5. Create unique brand identities for the web and execute corporate re- branding projects

6. Document brand and design guidelines for clients

7. Continually evolve new design techniques as well as learn and research emerging front-end technologies that create significant value for our clients.

8. Support the design of visual design themes and concepts for cutting-edge, interactive websites and web applications.

9. Responsible for design production, image cropping, photoshop treatment, and any support required by the lead designer.

10.Designing PowerPoint and Word templates to match client needs.

11.Optimizing designs for special uses – high resolution for print and low resolution for web.

12.Help in documentation for overall site styles and imagery, including page layout (screen schematics) and interactions (user paths).

Skills

1. A degree or diploma in web/multimedia/graphic design or design-related field

2. 2-8 years experience in graphical and visual design. Excellence in branding is a big bonus

3. Well-versed with design tools Adobe Photoshop,Flash,etc and ability to use effects, gradients and other tools to create rich designs

4. Creativity is a must and the ability to create original designs is a bonus

5. Comfortable working in a Mac environment

6. Excellent communications kills and attention to detail

7. The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively to bring projects to completion

8. Knowledge of DHTML, HTML, XHTML and JavaScript is required to help you make good design decisions

9. Experience working with standards compliant CSS is a big bonus

10.Comfortable working with a creative brief and references to unleash your own creative instinct

11.High quality design capability is a must with great attention to detail a continuous requirement

12.Knowledge of creating templates/masters in applications like PowerPoint and Word is essential
