An ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 company, we work with several global companies such as Novartis, Danone Nutricia, Marico Industries, and Glenmark, among others.

Our teams are specialized in AI, Machine Learning, Automation, Mobile Application, Game, Web development and Big Data Analytics. We focus on emerging technologies to create meaningful differentiation for our clients.

We are looking for an awesome UI/UX Designer to join us on this adventure. To quote the venerable Steve Jobs, "Design is not just what it looks like & feels like. Design is how it works". We whole-heartedly agree, of course.

We think you'd make a great candidate if you:
- are genuinely excited about crafting delightful experiences for a global audience (and yes, we want to see samples of your work, so please include a link to your portfolio when you apply)
- enjoy visualizing what the future looks like and have an innate ability to translate that vision into creating an intuitive, wow experience for your audience
- have keen understanding of typography, iconography, color theory, and layout
- have strong grasp of branding and how to apply brand requirements to designs
- have ability to quickly sketch and mock up designs with strong conceptual backing
- can demonstrate critical decision making and strategic storytelling
- have strong knowledge of user centered design
- have deep knowledge of mobile and app design patterns for Android and iOS
- have good grasp of UX best practices, mobile first, and responsive design
- take pride in your work, are passionate about building world-class products
- have good time management skills with ability to plan and meet deadlines
- have strong verbal and written communication skills
- think you'll enjoy being a part of a fun group and creating something from the ground up

Skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop or equivalent software
- Experience with interactive tools like Axure, Invision, Keynote
- Motion experience with tools like AfterEffects or Pixate

Bonus Points
- Experience shipping a consumer product a plus
- Illustration/storyboarding skills a plus
- Copywriting/Creative Direction a plus
- Photo/video editing skills a plus
- HTML, scripting, or coding knowledge a plus

We certainly don't want to waste your time, so we thought it'd be helpful to list some criteria that'll help you evaluate whether we are a good fit for you.
1. We are looking for folks that are keen on building the next phase of their career with us and making a mark for themselves. If you are looking for a job as opposed to such an opportunity, we are probably not the right fit.
2. Sort of related to #1, but if you are not hungry to learn (and we mean really hungry), you are better off looking elsewhere. And we want to be able to learn from you as well.
3. If you are looking for a well-defined, structured role that is prescriptive in terms of your role/responsibilities, we are probably not the right fit. We will expect you to come figure stuff out and
4. If you are looking for a stable environment, again, sorry, not us. We are a startup, chaos is a defining characteristic of our existence.
5. If you are looking for a relatively easy-going job, this is unlikely to be that. In fact, if its not one of the most challenging jobs you've had in your career, we are probably not doing something right.
