Job Description

Be responsible for developing interactive designs, interfaces for web design, app design, back-end user interactions and interactive dashboards, for a global audience. Lead and evangelize best user-interface design practices, by staying abreast of the latest trends. Understand consumer behavior, psychology, business objectives and create designs specific to target audiences. Guide and manage a team of designers, keeping them updated with the latest trends and helping them achieve their personal goals Brainstorm and ideate with the technical, marketing and sales team to understand problems and new possibilities

Skills

• 3+ years of experience in developing web and mobile based applications
• Have an understanding of UX design, user flow, prototypes and wire-framing
• Strong conceptualization and strong visual communication ability
• Experience with design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator or Sketch
• Experience with any one of the prototyping tools such as inVision, Marvel, Axure etc.
• A strong network in the design community and the ability to attract and retain the best designers
