Designing the UI and UX for mobile/web platforms Looking after the Brand aspects and the overall user experience through multiple domains and touch points Providing inputs into project planning tasks and deliverable Researching and tracking new advancements in mobile / web design patterns Creating wireframes and UX/UI process design for the plan / product Designing User Interface and final design assets for mobile / Desktop / wap Contributing in high-level strategic decisions with the rest of the teams Responsible for creative user Experience of products, Increasing ROI through enhanced experience and better Usability of the product Collaborate with engineering team to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and user experience. Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverable to peers and executive level stakeholders Optimizing User Experience through Clear Content, Simple Navigation and Dynamic Design Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks Build simplicity into a complex enterprise-grade B2B application Understand and empathize with a broad range of user personas - make the rigorous data-driven approach understandable and digestible to users of all altitudes Partner with engineering team to ensure high-quality experiences are delivered to end users

• Excellent visual design skills and sensitivity to user experience
• In sync with the latest UI trends and techniques
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, iterative, deadline-driven environment
• Self-motivated with ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Highly proficient with designing & prototyping tools.
• Experience in start-ups in a hyper-growth environment is preferable
• Strong communication skills needed to provide direction and to establish best practices within the team.
• Ability to present his ideas and designs and sell the solution to various stakeholders
