Job Description

1. Design simple and intuitive product experiences 2. Help define the short and long-term roadmap for your product area 3. Create intuitive UI and UX design 4. Work with engineers to oversee new user experiences from concept to launch 5. Identify the needs of StyleDotMe users and improve on existing features 6. Define user specifications, flows, interaction models and design them.

Skills

1. 1+ years experience designing and shipping mobile applications

2. Strong visual design skills, and solid intuition and passion for interaction design

3. Ability to prototype designs (in code or using a prototyping tool)

4. Technical background or a strong familiarity with software engineering

5. Capable of acting as a PM when needed

6. Ability to think at a high level about product strategy and UI/UX Designer

7. Communication and presentation skills. You’ll be expected to be able to clearly communicate design decisions and write user specs along with designing them.

8. Self-motivated attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous work environment

9. Proficiency in Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools

10. Portfolio featuring examples of design work
