Job Description

UX design leadership - Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of designers, UI architects and engineers, to contribute to a wide range of projects across an extensive client list and deliver intuitive and compelling user experiences1- Leading and nurturing UX design team ¡V Showcase full-cycle leadership to the UX design team by leading, mentoring and supporting the team on complex user research and interaction design projects2- While this is not a UI engineering position, you should be comfortable discussing implementation issues with UI engineers3- Working with customer for understanding, capturing and even defining the requirements4- Working with the team to define the architecture, user flows and experiences to solve customer requirements and enhance user experience5-Helping create information design concepts by means of maps, story boards, sketches and prototyping6- Develop reusable design patterns and components for varied product needs7- Contribute to new business activities by working closely with pre-sales, and assisting in writing proposals and giving UX pitch presentations8- Become an evangelist for user experience internally and externally. Help develop Impetus as a thought leader in UX

Skills

1- Be able to create functional requirements, personas, agile stories, storyboards, mood boards, navigation maps, prototypes of appropriate complexity, and usability plans and scripts
2- Have a working knowledge of DOM, HTML5, Semantic CSS, JavaScript, at least one of mobile platform application guidelines (Android, iOS, Windows 8)
3-Be fully functional with the current releases of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop
4-Have a strong design ethic, and have a strong track record of user experience evangelization and innovative user-centered design thinking
5- Have demonstrated ability to  work independently and drive towards deadlines,  produce high-quality deliverables for clients, and think creatively to solve problems
6-Have excellent communication and presentation skills, and ability to articulate complex design solutions in clear and presentable form
