Responsibilities:

Create compelling user experiences for both client's and internal product.
Requirement gathering with the client and with actual users documenting the design processes and improve upon them Design dashboards, reports, data visualizations that provide actionable insights.
Support user needs assessment, user profile development, and constant feedback loops Implement and maintain responsive user interfaces and unify the entire experience on web and mobile
Note: Prefered At least 1-2 years of experience as a UX designer.

Adobe Illustrator

Indesign
Preference will be given to those who can create 2D animation using:

Adobe After Effect / Premiere
Pro Awesome communication skills. This job requires client interaction. The candidate should be able to articulate the ideas of the clients into a solid brief and stories that can be shared and used by the team. A really positive attitude towards learning new things. About the Company:

We would like to introduce ourself, ElpisDesign LLP. We are a design-led product development agency in New Delhi, with clients in India, US, Mauritius, and Singapore. We help our clients create digital products and strategies.

Currently, we are hiring UX designer's for our company, we would like to know if your students would like to work with us, here in our New Delhi office.

Interested students may send us their resumes at careers@elpisdesign.com. We have a particular criteria to select the candidates. As we are not looking for a large no of placements, it will not be possible to visit the campus for selection.

There are few stages of this selection criteria. Once we receive the application form from the interested students. Firstly, we will take a telephonic round of interview with them and if we find them impressive then, we will send them a small task to enter the technical and final round of Interview. You will be kept in cc if needed at your end. The technical round of interview will be done through Skype call and later personally if needed.
