Candidate should have exceptional user interface and experience design skills and an understanding of user-centred design disciplines and principals, as well as an eye for subtle detail. The ability to quickly grasp and distil highly complex user design issues into clean, understandable solutions is essential. Candidate must flourish in a fast paced, iterative, deadline driven environment. Good communication and work organizational skills are critical to success. Work closely with a cross-functional team that includes product managers, front end developers and business users to create simple, easy to use UI for applications. Brainstorm, research, wireframe, design and refine user experiences - all within specified product requirements and deadlines. Deliverables include wireframes, workflow diagrams, interactive mock-ups and prototypes.
