- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for QuickMetrix's modules - including social media ticketing, ORM, Reporting & Analytics, Publishing, and Automated reports / alerts.
- Advocate for user centred design principles and conduct user research to understand user needs, preferences, and pain points, translating insights into intuitive design solutions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts and iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into compelling design solutions that enhance the overall user experience.
- Develop visually appealing designs that adhere to brand guidelines while enhancing the usability and aesthetic appeal of our products.
- Stay updated with the industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI design to continuously improve our products and processes.
Skills
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, or similar.
