IDC, IIT Bombay invites the design fraternity to the Design and Degree Show DDS 2014, the annual flagship series of events that strive towards creating a common platform for design enthusiasts across disciplines – be it students, teachers, researchers, professionals, consultants, industry professionals. DDS events have a reputation of bringing various stakeholders together. These events are aimed at creating awareness and are known for setting new design trends.
DDS 2014 with the theme de.cons.truct is a series of two events- DDS Conference and Exhibition & DDS Open Exhibitions.
DDS Conference and Exhibition is a three-day event to be held from 27th to 29th June 2014 at VMCC, IIT Bombay. It will comprise of design conferences, workshops and exhibitions. Eminent designers from across the globe will showcase their work, established design professors will facilitate panel discussions and the professionals from within the industry will share their design experiences. The conference will also address design pedagogy, design research and design innovation.
DDS Open Exhibitions will be a public event held on 5th to 6th July 2014 at Nehru Centre, Worli, Mumbai and will host design displays and exhibition.
