Always keeping in mind our customers and their interests while designing. Review the performance of the release and identify learnings and build hypotheses. Constantly pitching in new ideas to improve product experiences/adoption/other key areas.

Job Description

Own the entire product design, UX of new features and/or new products and take full responsibility for coordinating with various stakeholders until go live. Generate new and innovative feature ideas, enhancements to an existing product and collate requests from both internal and external requestors. Expert ability to work in wireframe generation and prototype tools. Create wireframes, interactions, prototypes, and documentation that clearly convey ideas Create innovative user experience design including usability and interaction design flow for features Create functional and UI specifications/design documents, business cases, user experience flow and wireframes, conduct reviews with requestor groups and development teams and be the main contact for the specifications/design during the product/feature development and implementation phases. Successfully designed UX for features that were implemented into shipped products Interface with all relevant stakeholders to drive timely, seamless and successful rollouts/launches. Ability to incorporate business needs into feature design Define, track and improve key product metrics and monitor those metrics. Collate and analyze key daily/weekly/monthly data on various features performance and report key findings. Be the first point of escalation for any design, UX related problems/queries. Proven solid, up-to-date understanding of best practices, developments, and trends in the mobile & web. Demonstrated experience of leading complex projects independently under stretched timelines.

Job Description

• Responsible for the overall look and artistic approach for the game. • Conceptualize and illustrate exceptional game art assets, UI, environments, characters animations, Banners, marketing screens shots and icons • Understand the design documents and deliver the art assets. • Conceiving and visualizing gameplay and mechanics during pre-production. • Work closely with the Art director, Game artists, Game Designer, Programmers, product managers and Producer to create all aspects of game graphics, UI, and production.which will drive the visual identity of the game. • Communicate the styling and concepts through mock-up art. • Make sure that all art and animation assets produced are high quality. • Strong understanding of games and game constraints • Ability to create a variety of production quality artwork with experience in user interface design.

Skills
