Job Description

Plan and execute user interviews, surveys, and usability studies tailored to the unique aspects of real money gaming. Work closely with product teams to understand user behaviors, preferences, and pain points in the gaming context. Design and conduct usability testing sessions specific to real money gaming platforms. Collaborate with game designers and developers to implement user feedback and improve gaming interactions. Analyze complex data sets, both quantitative and qualitative, to derive actionable insights and provide strategic recommendations for product improvements. Utilize statistical methods to interpret user behavior patterns and trends. Stay abreast of trends and advancements in the real money gaming industry. Conduct thorough competitive analysis to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge. Collaborate effectively with gaming designers, product managers, and developers to integrate user insights seamlessly into the gaming development process. Communicate research findings through clear and impactful presentations. Stay abreast of industry trends, advancements, and emerging technologies within UX research. Contribute to thought leadership within the organization through presentations, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions. Manage existing vendors and on-board new vendors for vendor selection and vendor relationships for research services. Work with various partners and vendors to identify target groups for studies. Influence and guide recruitment of participants through development of participant screeners that are relevant to each research project. Ensure that the vendors present deep and detailed insights for studies that they are responsible for conducting.

Job Description

- You will be working as part of a team to design our web and mobile app. - Major part of the role is crafting functional UI design. - Designing websites and other promotional material. - Working on a brand identity and consistent design systems for products. - You are encouraged to contribute in shaping the product UX; with strategic user experience design.

Skills

- 1-4 years of professional experience in user interface design.

- Portfolio of work representing shipped/ live products.

- Proficiency in Sketch.

- Understanding of the UX design process from user research, testing to the final UI design.

- Deep understanding of people's behaviour and psychology.

- Ability to articulate and substantiate your design decisions.

- Familiarity with visual design fundamentals; colour theory, typography, grid systems, composition.

- Degree related to communication/ interaction design is preferred.
