Job Description

We’ve got an opening for a Front End Engineer / UI Developer who is tremendous with HTML, CSS, Object Oriented Programming Concepts, AngularJS or any MVC frameworks.

Skills

• 1+ years of experience with good product sense and clarity on RESTful concepts
• Fluent with Native Javascript and not just a framework guy, with very good understanding of HTML, CSS, Object Oriented Programming Concepts.
• Experience with AngularJS or any MVC frameworks.
• Experience with ReactJS/React Native not mandatory but will be plus point.
• Good eye for Design, both Visual and Technical.
• Experience with build tools/task runners like Grunt, Gulp etc.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills as well as a demonstrated passion for technology

Job Description

Understand users and envision the product Understand business need and drive the designs Understand users, their environment and how they are interacting with all parts of our web applications Come up with solutions which can fulfill the users need without compromising the business goals. Drive the new solutions from users need keeping the business goals intact. Interact with product managers and understand product priorities and needs Identify the best and minimum viable features sets to be designed to give optimum user experience Work closely with product and tech team to understand timeline and delivery challenges and be flexible to help and execute the plan. Work closely with product/research team and users to validate the need and usability of your features you have designed. Collaborate with tech and QA team during the whole development process to make sure that product release is same as designed.

Skills

• 3+ years of interaction design or related design experience
• Wireframing, Photoshop/ Illustrator skills with UI detail design experience
• Design degree (e.g. human-computer interaction, product design) or other related field from premier institutes like IIT, NID etc. or equivalent work experience
• Consumer focused internet & mobile experience, designing dynamic end-to-end online experiences or any web/mobile app/games design experience is plus
• Has made significant contributions to web or mobile applications
• Fast and Interactive Prototyping is a plus
• Ability to write detailed and clear interaction design specifications
• Excellent communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to present and influence design decisions

Job Description

- Create wireframes, prototypes or visual mockups to communicate and test your ideas.- Produce designs and provide visual assets and design specifications to support implementation. You’ll have the chance to work with an all-stars team of developers (mobile and web).- Iterate designs based on feedback and user testing in collaboration with Product Managers, Designers and Developers.- Pro-actively develop our UI and processes further to create a highly aesthetic, usable and meaningful design language.- Be a decisive part in the product ideation and development process from concept creation to review.
