Job Description

User-Centered Design: Lead the design process with a focus on user-centered principles, ensuring our products meet the needs and expectations of our users. Design Strategy: Develop and communicate design strategies, using data and research to guide decision-making. Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts and iterate on them based on user feedback. Visual Design: Produce high-quality visual designs, considering aesthetics, branding, and a consistent user interface. Usability Testing: Plan and conduct user testing to gather insights and refine designs. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of design concepts. Design Systems: Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across products.

Skills

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision).
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail, typography, and layout.
• Experience with user testing and research methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest UX/UI design trends and technologies.

Job Description

Translate highly complex products into flows that are easy to understand. Interface with Product Managers, UX/UI designers and Programmers to oversee full implementation of the User Experience. Create and drive user tests. Conduct User Research and competitor analysis. Partner with Product Managers to deliver best in class User Experience.

Skills

• Experience in UX for Mobile.
• Expertise in designing with Figma - a plus.
• Ability to work with stakeholders to understand detailed requirements, and design complete user experiences that meet their needs and vision.
• Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients.
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
• Experience in collaborating closely with R&D
