Job Description

Ability to work and lead on both UI and UX fronts Understanding customers' needs through market analysis, customer research, and user feedback to build great product outputs Creating personas, customer journey maps, conceptual designs, wireframes, and prototypes with the ability to work with tech teams to get them done and deployed Leading the design of useful and desirable products & services in a progressive team Establishing and applying best practices, patterns, and guidelines on a regular basis Validating product experiences and success based on data analytics with an ability of building such experiences as a self-starter Facilitating the design process, present and iterate design solutions on a regular basis Working with multitasking teams to design and build great products

Skills

• Experience working in a collaborative team and directly with tech team on the implementation of designs and frameworks
• Solid written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present a strong rationale for design decisions
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• An online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating relevant experience
• Proficient across frameworks like Adobe Suite, Figma, HTML, CSS

A clean sense of design aesthetics, and a natural propensity towards simplification over complication Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into congruent scenarios, usable flows, and simple, intuitive interfaces Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas Applying user-centred design processes to create high-quality user experiences for our Mobile Platform Work collaboratively with business analyst and product managers on ZingHR (HR Cloud Platform) Critical Success Factors Candidate should have experience in Visual designing, UX design, research and should know the constraint of front-end coding Understanding of design patterns across the web and mobile platforms Ability to translate UX into final polished UI Design Deep interest in solving design problems Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, Invision, Pixate, Framer or other visual design and wire-framing tools Should’ve designed/deployed/scaled mobile application with an aptitude for product sense A startup enthusiast who can work in fast sprint work styles

• 5- 10 Years of Experience with IT Companies
• Ability to design prototype with HTML, JavaScript, and CSSUI/UX design
• Experience working with international teams
