Job Description

Understand the business requirements and available content to create user flows, wireframes, and mockups for the microsite. Create user-centered microsites based on the business requirements, the mindset of the customer, and user journeys, using Ceros. Design additional graphic elements that may be required for the microsite using Design software like Illustrator and Photoshop. Testing UI elements, banners, page layouts, page designs, and page flows for the microsites. Conduct industry research and stay up-to-date on best practices, competitor UX designs, and emerging technologies Develop standard UX components and templates. Identify areas for on-site improvements in site structure, internal linking, and information architecture. Develop data-backed recommendations for improving user experience and website performance.

Skills

• Any previous experience in Ceros will be highly preferable.
• Proficient skills in design software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, wireframe tools. (e.g., Adobe XD)
• Previous experience with HTML5, JS, CSS will be a huge plus.
• Excellent understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to fix them.
• Designed and conducted rigorous A/B experiments on the effectiveness and efficiency of user-facing digital assets.
• Passion for UX/UI innovation.
• Some understanding of SEO
• Familiarity with Agile methodology & Design Thinking.
• Experience of working in a fast-paced, results-oriented team
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Skills

• A Bachelor's/ Master’s degree in Human-computer interaction, Interaction Design or related from a premier design school in India. (NID, IDC, MIT & others)
• Proven UI Experience
• A strong portfolio demonstrating of UI design skills, across healthcare, retail, consumer products, mobility etc. (Concept to realization)
• Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, OmniGraffle, or other visual design and wire-framing tools
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.

Looking for UX Analyst

Skills

• Usability Engineer with HFI certification (+ UI designer : proffered) 4+ years of Experience
• Extensive knowledge of Usability guidelines and standards and usability and accessibility testing norms
• Extensive knowledge of User Centric Design methodology and processes
• Set business and user goals, create task flows, build information architecture and create wireframes for Web & Mobility
• Understanding of cross browser/platform (device) compatible designs
• Adhere to corporate UI guidelines and create designs for Web & Mobility
• Provide UI mock-ups for application design
• Create, maintain and upgrade User Interfaces for user-friendly web sites and web tools. Additional knowledge of data-driven web sites and web APIs a plus
• Strong experience using Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, Visio, Axure Pro, Power Point
• Create/Edit/Manage HTML Web Content and other Web assets
• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Responsive web layouts would be additional qualification
• Skills important; Proficient with PowerPoint and presentation design skills
• Superior writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer-centric orientation. Willing to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to achieve team and company success
