Skills

• Ideal candidate should have 10-15 years of hands-on product design experience with mobile and web products
• Experience leading, mentoring and managing/developing a team of UI/UX designers and researchers
• Proven record of delivering web and mobile software products, from design through launch
• Ability to analyze data & to turn complex interactions into intuitive user experiences
• Exceptional skills in ideation, sketching, wireframing, user flows, mapping and information architecture
• Fluency with design tools like Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Invision and/or other UX & prototyping software
• Clear and current understanding of the capabilities and limitations of HTML, CSS, JavaScript & developing platforms
• Strong communication skills and proven ability to influence both at a strategic leadership level and cross functionally
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Design or equivalent practical experience.
• MBA desirable, but not necessary
