Anchor and execute UXD projects independently with the client (multiple stakeholders by diagnosing business and user needs). Drive UX Projects through User-Centered Design methods and processes. Plan and conduct primary and secondary research. Create and convert user insights into concepts designs. Create and present compelling design concepts as part of UX strategy. Work as a design lead to manage all interaction design activities including visual design co-ordination with global designers. Present design decisions to the stakeholders that are backed up by strong experience design principles and rationale. Coordinate with technology teams to bring designs to reality. Manage communication at all levels and be responsible for project deliverables with quality and on time.

• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication, management, negotiation, presentation and client relations skills.
• Ability to trigger business discussions with program managers, CTOs, CIOs and CEOs.
• Be a clear and effective presenter in order to influence important design decisions and maintain credibility.

• Hands-on experience of all User-Centered Design processes.

Work closely with the management and sales to define engagement strategies for various clients. Interface with client staff — project managers, program managers, BU heads etc on regular basis. Preempt challenges and resolve them proactively while building strategies to have healthy relationship with the client. Work closely with the HR, Admin and Billing team at YUJ Designs to develop up-to-date tracking mechanism for talent attendance, time records, budget/expenses around stay, travel as applicable for foolproof monthly billing and invoicing. Preempt and resolve issues around service performance, client delight, talent well-being and that may affect company's brand. Define governance model to manage various engagements Work closely with the Operations team to address issues around competency development, replacement or up-skilling needs. Connect with design staff regularly, get performance insights, resolve issues and guide their career growth taking necessary help from the Design Head.

Build rapport with all talent resources serving our clients to get deeper intel that would help company provide value, up-sell and make account farming easy. Connect with talent resources regularly, get peek into their performance, resolve issues and guide their career growth taking necessary help from the Design Head. Work with sales and management to draft proposals and other documentation required to manage engagements. Work closely with the Operations team to address issues around competency development, replacement or up-skilling needs. Learn quickly to be able to demonstrate deep knowledge of our service offerings, relevant selling points and benefits.
