Job Description

Execute and drive multiple UXD projects by diagnosing business and user needs. Apply all pieces of User Centered Design methodology and processes. Plan and conduct primary and secondary research. Convert user insights into concept designs that are not only compelling but are contrasting ideas looking at business challenges from varied angles. Design and manage all interaction design activities including visual design co-ordination with global designers. Present design decisions to the stakeholders that are backed up by strong experience design principles and rationale. Coordinate with technology teams to bring designs to a pixel perfect reality. Manage communication at all levels and be responsible for project deliverables with quality and on time.

Skills

• Expert level knowledge of User Centered Design methodology, information architecture, navigation models and interaction design principles.
• Deeper eagerness for observing human behaviour and synthesising insights into design.
• Maturity and openness to deal with tough business scenarios and ability to resolve conflicts.
• A flair for mentoring others and conduct training sessions.
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication, negotiation, presentation and client relations management skills.
• Ability to trigger business discussions with program managers, CTOs, CIOs, CEOs
• Be clear and effective presenter in order to influence important design decisions and maintain credibility.
• Eagerness to observe human behaviour and synthesize insights into design.
• Proven ability to plan and conduct complex B2B UX engagements.
• Experienced designing for various devices and systems (mobile, handheld, TV, display systems).
• Be organised and show excellent time management skills and be highly detail-oriented.
• Ability to manage individual tasks on time in an efficient manner while receiving strategic and tactical direction from management and stakeholders.
