Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers. A deep understanding of current technologies and design trends, and the desire to innovate using digital platforms. A strong eye for detail. Work well in a participatory, team-based environment. Positive and enthusiastic with a drive for continuous learning and skill development of self & team. Produce user flows, wireframes, prototypes, user interface specifications. Initiate and manage user experience research and testing processes. Drive the development and communication of visual design guidelines and patterns. Work strategically with other executives and team members across the organization.

Skills

• Proven work experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role.
• Ability to discuss and explain design options.
• Detail oriented.

• Strong ideation, brainstorming, and concept sketching and rendering skills.
• Problem solver and customer centred.
• Some knowledge of Usability Factors in Human Computer Interaction.
• Be open to receiving objective criticism and improving upon it.
• Knowledge of wireframe tools (e. g., Figma, Adobe XD, etc. ).
• Team spirit: strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
• A portfolio or samples of work demonstrating experience creating great user-centered design solutions.
• Good time-management skills.

Job Description

Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness) Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images Create prototypes for new product ideas Test new ideas before implementing Conduct an ongoing user research
