Job Description

Collaborate with fellow UX designers, visual designers, and clients to understand user needs and come up with innovative solutions Create deliverables in a hands-on capacity including user journeys, information architecture, early sketches, wireframes, interactive prototypes etc. Ability to develop a well-crafted research plan with clear research objectives Translate user insights into actionable recommendations Applying knowledge of psychological and physical attributes of humans (e.g. Hick’s Law, Fitt’s Law) Participate in design critiques and assist other designers in building design solutions An awesome and positive attitude, growth mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and innovative approach

Skills

• Solid portfolio demonstrating problem solving, creativity, and overall design & research competence
• Experience or familiarity with designing for accessibility standards
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced design process
• Strong collaboration, communication, and presentation skills
• Must be comfortable working in fuzzy environments where boundaries aren’t clearly defined.
• Ability to manage multiple tracks of work
