Job Description

-Expert level skills in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Macromedia Dreamweaver, Fireworks/Flash, Microsoft Office. -Excellent knowledge of typography & illustrations, layout, composition, branding, ability to ideate from scratch & carry it through execution. -Keen eye on finer details in design principles, concepts, layout, alignment, visualization etc. -Basic experience with digital video (Adobe Flash) and sound editing. -The core responsibility will be to design & develop graphic elements pertaining to company websites and related graphics for promotion online/offline. -Creative excellence in designing Corporate Branding Identity kits including Business Cards, Letterheads, Brochures, Flyers, Info-graphics, -Banners, Web Templates etc. -Understanding of current technologies and design trends, and the desire to innovate using relevant mediums. • Executing interaction design and visual design as a part of a multi-disciplinary team.• Collaborating on user experience planning.• Researching and implementing interaction design trends.• Strong conceptualization ability, strong visual communication ability, drawing skills and sketchbook technique.• Exceptional design skills, production value and attention to detail.• Ability to create wire-frames as well as visual design comps.• Experience with Standard UCD methodologies.• Strong written and verbal communication skills.• Understanding of common software project management practices.• Understanding of common software development practices. -Understanding of current technologies and design trends, and the desire to innovate using relevant mediums.-Sense of ownership with good designing for web & graphics. -Interdisciplinary skills are most welcome. -Designers from reputed Design Institutes will be preferred unless you have an exceptional resume'/portfolio.
