Skills

• Designing complex software products or applications
• Must have a portfolio with examples of designs for mobile applications and/or web applications. Showcasing critical thinking abilities is a big plus.
• Proficiency in a variety of design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Sketch, Adobe Xd or other visual design and wire-framing tools.

Job Description

The UX Designer will be responsible for on-time and quality delivery of all deliverables for the project as defined by the Lead UX Designer. Depending on client requirements, as a designer, he/she will be responsible for delivering all or some of the following. 1. Conducting Usability Audits under the guidance of Lead UX Designer 2. Conducting and executing research processes 3. Storyboards 4. Efficient User Flows 5. Information Architecture 6. Navigation Structures 7. Wireframes 8. Interactive Guidelines 9. Click-through Prototypes

Skills

1. Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, solutions, provide insights into UX decisions and collaborate with the project team.

2. A deep understanding of current technologies and design trends, and the desire to innovate using digital platforms.

3. Perform research and analyze the real expectations of the user.

4. Must be self-motivated to prioritize, manage workload and meet critical project milestones.

5. Never-say-die attitude and the zeal for perfection with a strong eye for details.

6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

7. Timely documentation of the entire design process of projects he/she has directly worked on, or projects executed by other team members.
