Participating in various design projects from concept to completion Understand project requirements and concepts Use various techniques to create drafts, concepts and engaging design solutions, including logos, branding, printed media and digital media Pitch creative ideas that enhance projects Listening to feedback to hone skills and improve the design Collaborate with team members to launch designs Take on special design tasks to support multiple projects (i.e. color correction, print file setup) Use feedback from leaders to improve work A drive to learn and grow Works well with a team Strong communication and organizational skills Time management and multitasking abilities The ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Creative flair, originality, a strong visual sense, problem-solving aptitude and a keen eye for detail Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism from peers and client Up to date knowledge of the latest design trends

Skills

• Experience in a digital agency is preferable but not essential
• Knowledge and experience in a print shop
• Experience with Microsoft Office (i.e. Microsoft Word and Powerpoint)
• Experience with Adobe XD as well as an understanding and familiarity with UX design
• Animation Skills (i.e Transforming a logo into a movable animation for a website)
• Familiarity with the following applications: MailChimp, Asana and Social Media
