• Excellent skills in developing wireframes, user stories, user journeys and prototypes
• Excellent portfolio showcasing design solutions and strategic approaches
• Experience with design software and tools such as Axure, Sketch, Invision, Axure, etc.
• Experience in the creation of presentations, to be shared both with the team and with the client
• Ability to work in an agile and highly collaborative, global environment with other UX designers, visual designers, product owners and developers to design experiences that are technologically feasible and meet the business and user needs
• Excellent public speaking skills including leading design workshops

As a UX Designer, you will support and partner closely with UX Leads, Projects Managers, Visual Designers, and development team to create and optimize the user experience of our products. You will support cross functional teams throughout the full lifecycle of product development and be expected to utilize a full range of user research, product design and interaction design skills – enabling us to create solutions that delight and excite users while fulfilling their needs.

Skills

Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX, a good and solid background in user centered design, Design Thinking and agile methodologies, with proven experience and ability to perform user experience design of large and complex applications.

We are looking for a talented UI Designer to create amazing user experiences. The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful design, possess superior UI skills and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts, and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces. Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards

Skills

• Proven UI experience
• Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio
• Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, OmniGraffle, or other visual design and wire-framing tools
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
• Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
• Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
