Job Description

Conduct testing of sample applications, websites and software to Assess user experience and ease of design. Make strategic design and user- experience decision related to core, and new, function and features. Facilitate the client’s product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for company websites and digital products. Enhance user experience by creating seamless navigation Work includes UX research and feedback sessions, information architecture and workflow analysis, in addition to individual feature designs. Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends Have a deep love for design and shaping experiences for users

Skills

• Strong portfolio in UX Designer
• Expertise in standard UX software such as Sketch, OmniGraffle, Axure, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer, and the like is a must. Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.
• Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision.
• Professional written and interpersonal skills when communicating with customers and clients
• Understanding of what makes an experience good or bad. Think through user problems, find reasonable solutions, mock them up in detail, and work with engineers to build them
• Have a highly refined aesthetic sense and a deep understanding of composition, balance, symmetry, and white space
• Ability to work within and expand our design systems
