Job Description

Collaborate with product management & engineering team to improve the overall product design & user experience. Work on all the UI design requirements for Vidstatus & video editing apps. Design screens on sketch (sketchapp) based on inputs of Product Manager and other stakeholders. Localize the overall UI of the app to match with Indian vernacular users habits & preferences. Implement and enhance the visual style guide, including designing components and visual elements. Create exciting design solutions that have a high visual impact Work with the Chinese design & engineering team for implementation of final designs.

Skills

• Proficiency in a range of interaction design, visualization, and rapid design prototyping tools. A command of a wide range of tools like Sketch, Adobe, Invision, Marvel App, etc and methods, and the ability to communicate ideas quickly and interactively are essential.
• 1-3 years of experience in interaction design/product design for content or B2C apps
• Degree in creative design / industrial design / or user experience
• UI design skills and decent knowledge about UX design principles.
• Strong understanding of colour, layout and typography
• Ability to quickly turn around detailed wireframes, mock-ups, or visual comps in an iterative environment.
• Be open to receiving objective criticism and improving upon it
