Job Description

Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and user stories. Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviours, and pain points. Design and develop high-quality, user-centred digital products that meet project requirements and brand guidelines. Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design concepts and product features. Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve product design and functionality. Stay up-to-date on product design trends, technologies, and best practices to inform design decisions. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and communication with stakeholders. Ensure product designs are accessible and comply with web standards and regulations.

Skills

• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe etc.
• Strong understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, colour theory, and user experience design.
• Experience with user research methodologies and user-centred design processes.
• Knowledge of front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and learn new technologies.
