Plan and implement new designs Make independent creative decisions and work with a team to execute them Optimize existing user interface designs Test for intuitiveness and experience Communicate with stakeholders to understand business goals and objectives Design Intuitive and user-centric solutions Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements Create prototypes for new product ideas Test new ideas before implementing Conduct user research

Skills

• Must have worked on some high-engagement UX projects
• Understanding of UX principles, technical implementations, and limitations
• Awareness of current trends in experience design and user interface design
• Strong graphic design skills and basic motion design skills—we would require you to have fluency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe XD and/or other graphics creation software
• Working in a Pharmaceuticals company is a plus
• A strong graphics UI design portfolio
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to discuss and explain design options
• Problem solver and customer-centric
• Some knowledge of Usability Factors in Human Computer Interaction
