Design Research, Market Research, and Competitor Research from a UX Design point of view User research and usability testing Stockholder and user interviews Create user personas, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and gather feedback Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as developers and product managers, to ensure that designs are technically feasible and aligned with business objectives Ability to come up with creative and modern designs across the enterprise and end-user applications

Skills

• Strong portfolio that demonstrates your design process and problem-solving skills
• Must have good client-facing and communication skills
• Must be fluent in English (both written and spoken)
• Must have a keen eye for detail and UX best practices
• Knowledge of UX laws and different design processes
• Must have experience designing for both mobile apps and web
• Must have experience with a UX design tool like (Balsamiq / Adobe XD / Figma)
• Must have designed at least one web application that has gone live
• Must have designed at least one mobile application that has gone live
• Must be able to share samples of your design work

Design Research, Market Research, and Competitor Research from a UI Design point of view Awareness of the latest design trends and best practices Creating and maintaining design systems Collaborate with internal and external teams Attend Client calls when needed Understand the intent behind the wireframes and facility and design an elegant User Interface Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, mood boards, quick sketches, etc Work independently and take ownership of your deliverables which includes meeting deadlines Ability to come up with creative and modern designs across the enterprise and end-user applications

Skills

• Must have good client-facing and communication skills
• Must be fluent in English (both written and spoken)
• Must have the ability to understand requirements, and flows and translate them into UI designs
• Must have a keen eye for detail and visual aesthetics
• Knowledge about color theory, typography, hierarchy, grids, design theory, and principles
• Good understanding of iOS and Android design
• Must have experience designing for both mobile apps and websites (Responsive Designs)
• Must have Excellent Figma/Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop skills
• Must have experience with interaction / micro-interaction design (what happens on a click - how does a button behave / animate)
• Must have experience in Lottie animation
• Must have experience creating clickable prototypes (to showcase how the interactions work)
