Job Description

Lead the product design process from conception through to validation and production, while driving high-quality outcomes. Should be able to understand and process complex problems to come up with elegant and informed solutions. Understand and process complex problems into elegant, informed solutions. Articulate and champion your design solutions based on human-centered design principles and incorporating research data. Produce wireframes, visual designs, and low-fidelity interactive prototypes. Showcase excellent teamwork and communication skills to effectively collaborate with multi-functional and multi-disciplined teams. Develop knowledge of users across key areas and deep expertise in your strategic product area. Create UI/UX designs for web and mobile applications for enterprise SaaS, B2B and B2C products. Develop concepts, design systems, UI style guides, graphics and illustrations. Showcase concepts with sketches, storyboards and low/high fidelity mockups. Assist in defining design guidelines, patterns, and libraries. Stay up-to-date with design application changes and industry developments.

Skills

• An outstanding portfolio, showcasing a foundation in interaction, visual design, color theory, typography, design systems and ideation.
• Good knowledge of HTML/CSS and Javascript is a plus.
• Exposure and interest in graphics design is a plus.
• Experience designing digital products and systems, not just websites. You should have helped to build products.
• A sense of design aesthetics, and a natural inclination towards simplification rather than complexity.
• Hands-on experience with design software like Invision, Sketch, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw, Adobe XD, etc.
