Understanding how different platforms need different creatives (e.g. Social Media vs Website) and knowing exactly what creatives work best on what platform Knowing how to position the collateral, (new or current) so it will create the biggest amount of virality and engagement in a Video. Being able to work independently and give input and suggestions to the Team. Being able to think in storytelling through designs, images and text, be creative and understand industry trends. Supporting to create systems & processes to make the process faster.

Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with software like Photoshop and Illustrator. Additional software is a plus.
